Bringing Heritage Food to the CBD

Introducing a new way to indulge in comfort food in the CBD, OUE Re:Store is an automated deli service that serves up heritage food by renowned chefs along with an efficient order and pick-up system.

With a curated menu designed by renowned chefs from around Asia including William Wongso, Malcolm Lee, Sau del Rosario and KF Seetoh, OUE Re:Store allows consumers to place their order along with a preferred pick up time, where their orders are then assigned to a vault personalised with their names for them to collect after – granting the CBD crowd a more efficient dining experience, away from lengthy lunch hour queues.

Prices of food will range between SGD8 and SGD12.

MEET THE CHEFS

William Wongso
Indonesia

William Wongso is the country’s most famous culinary expert and authority, and is a renowned restaurateur, food consultant and popular television host. With a host of titles under his name, Wongso is considered Indonesia’s food ambassador.

Wongso believes that the keys to understanding taste are: to have respect for the food, have great passion for sharing, as well as being creative with one’s cooking.

Nasi Minyak Batang Hari, Cassava Rendang (West Sumatera Caramelized Cassava Curry), Beef Rendang (West Sumatera Caramelized Beef Curry), Nasi Liwet Chicken, and Nasi Arsik Batak

Malcolm Lee
Singapore

Regarded as a hotshot in Singapore’s Peranakan food scene, Malcolm Lee is the new-thinking-Generation-Y head chef and owner of Candlenut.

Lee was inspired by his mother and grandmother to pursue his passion for cooking. In 2010, he opened his first Peranakan restaurant which reopened in a new location in 2013. In 2016, Candlenut became the first Nonya restaurant in Singapore to achieve a Michelin Star.

Sau del Rosario
Philippines

Sau del Rosario was always destined to be a chef – he was born into a family of chefs, spanning four generations. His journey began when he was the junior chef of Westin Philippine Plaza, and was part of the pioneer team that opened the first Shangri-La property in the Philippines.

KF Seetoh
Singapore

The New York Times calls him “the food maven,” and CNN regards him as “the guru of grub.” KF Seetoh founded the popular Makansutra with interests in Food Courts, TV shows (on TLC Discovery, Mediacorp, and the Asian Food Channel), online content, heritage, and street food guides. He is also the creator of The World Street Food Congress supported by Singapore Tourism Board and The Dept of Tourism (Philippines). He is also the consultant for the Food Republic and the MBS Rasa Pura food market. He is also the creator and curator of the World Street Food Congress.

• Proceed to OUE Re:Store (#03-11/12/13)
• Open the app
• Go to [My Order] and click collect

STEP 4

Follow app directions until you are given a vault number

STEP 5

Approach your vault number, your user name will appear on the vault and click open on the app

STEP 6

Your fuss-free, scrumptious meal is now ready!
