Terms & Conditions:

1. For voucher & Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) redemption, the shopper MUST provide a valid mobile number (to receive OTP for registration of new shoppers). For tourist, a valid passport must be provided for registration and redemption.
2. Subject to the criteria set out herein, shoppers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as on 4 July 2022 to participate in any promotions or redemption events forming part of ‘BACK FROM VACATION AT DOWNTOWN GALLERY’ (“Promotion”). Alkas Realty Pte Ltd (“The Management”) reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time.
3. Original store receipts and/or credit/debit card charge slips or NETS slips, whichever is applicable, must be provided during redemption for audit purpose.
4. Receipts from purchasing of vouchers, currency exchange, utilisation of credit packages, payment for postage stamps and bill payments are not eligible for redemption.
5. All credit card/debit card transactions MUST be charged under the SAME cardholder.
6. Only original store receipt must be provided for proof of purchase.
7. Redemption of vouchers and parking coupons is not available during Concierge Meal Break, from 3.30pm to 4.30pm on weekdays and from 2pm to 3pm on weekends and public holidays.
8. Redemption must be made on the SAME DAY as purchase on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis.
9. Staff from Downtown Gallery stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.

Get Back On Track!

10. Receive $10 Downtown Gallery shopping voucher with a minimum of $50 spend with ANY mode of payment, limited to the first 800 redemptions.
11. Limited to only ONE (1) $10 Downtown Gallery voucher redemption per ShopPass member per day.
12. Redemption must be made on the SAME DAY as purchase on a first-come-first-served and while stocks last basis.
13. Shoppers can combine up to a maximum of 3 same-day receipts for redemption. Each receipt is for SINGLE redemption only.

Parking Rebate

14. Receive a parking rebate with a minimum of $30 spend at Downtown Gallery stores in any mode of payment on a ‘first come, first served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis on weekdays only. Not valid on weekends and public holiday (Hari Raya Haji on 11 July 2022).
15. Limited to the first 30 redemptions per weekday.
16. Limited to only ONE (1) parking coupon redemption per ShopPass member per day.
17. Shoppers can combine up to a maximum of 3 same-day receipts for redemption. Each receipt is for SINGLE redemption only.

Changes To Terms & Conditions

18. The Management reserves the right to change the terms and condition at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice.
