All offers are valid from 28 November to 31 December 2022, unless otherwise stated, are based on regular-priced items and are NOT valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or privilege cards, discount vouchers, certain price-controlled merchandise, consignment or sale items.

All offer items and gift-with-purchase are available at Downtown Gallery stores only and while stocks last.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

For voucher & Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) redemption, the shopper MUST provide a valid mobile number (to receive OTP for registration of new shoppers). For tourist, a valid passport must be provided for registration and redemption.

Subject to the criteria set out herein, shoppers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age from 28 November 2022 to participate in any promotions or redemption events forming part of ‘Downtown Gallery Wishes You A Merry Christmas’ (“Promotion”). Alkas Realty Pte Ltd (“The Management”) reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time.

Original store receipts and/or credit/debit card charge slips or NETS slips, whichever is applicable, must be provided during redemption for audit purpose.

Purchase of shopping vouchers, bill payments and credit/package redemption receipts are not eligible for redemption.

All credit card/debit card transactions MUST be charged under the SAME cardholder.

Staff from Downtown Gallery stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.

PSST…IT’S OKAY TO SHOP FOR YOURSELF!

From Monday 28 November to Saturday 31 December 2022 (no redemption from 3pm on 24 December to 25 December 2022 and redemption closes at 3pm on 31 December 2022).

Each shopper is entitled to only ONE (1) $10 Downtown Gallery voucher redemption per ShopPass member per day with a minimum of $50 purchase at any Downtown Gallery stores; spent on any mode of payment.

Limited to the first 1,000 voucher redemptions on a ‘first come, first served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis.

Redemption must be made on the SAME DAY as purchase.

Shoppers can combine up to a maximum of 3 same-day receipts for voucher redemption. Each receipt is for SINGLE redemption only. Receipts which are stamped “issued” cannot be re-used and are not valid for other redemptions.

All debit/credit card transactions must be charged under the SAME cardholder.

For parking rebate redemption, it is limited to 1 redemption per shopper in a single receipt with a minimum spend of $10.

This parking rebate redemption overrides the daily parking rebate redemption programme. Parking rebate is for full-day parking.

Parking rebate redemption is redeemable at Concierge during opening hours except concierge meal breaks and festive season closure. Concierge opening hours are from 11am to 8pm on weekdays and 10am to 6.30pm on weekends. Redemption is not available during Concierge meal break from 3.30pm to 4.30pm (weekdays) and from 2pm to 3pm (weekends) and from 3pm on 24 December to 25 December 2022 for Christmas and redemption closes at 3pm on 31 December 2022 (New Year’s Eve).

Redemption must be made on the same of purchase and on a first-come-first served basis. Strictly no reservation, exchange, refund and no replacement for loss or misplaced parking coupon.

TREAT YOURSELF TO A LITTLE HOLIDAY CHEER!

From Monday 28 November to Saturday 31 December 2022 (no redemption from 3pm on 24 December to 25 December 2022 and redemption closes at 3pm on 31 December 2022).

Each shopper is entitled to only ONE (1) Smöoy voucher redemption for a classic cup of frozen yogurt with 2 toppings per ShopPass member per day with a minimum of $30 purchase at any Downtown Gallery stores; spent on any mode of payment.

Limited to the first 500 redemptions on a ‘first come, first served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis.

Voucher must be presented at Smöoy #03-28 for redemption of frozen yogurt from Monday to Friday, 12pm to 4.30pm (last order) and closed on weekends and public holidays.

Redemption of Smöoy voucher must be made on the same of purchase and on a first-come-first served basis. Strictly no reservation, exchange, refund and no replacement for loss or misplaced Smöoy voucher.

The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice.
