Terms & Conditions:

1. For voucher & Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) redemption, the shopper MUST provide a valid mobile number (to receive OTP for registration of new shoppers). For tourist, a valid passport must be provided for registration and redemption.

2. Subject to the criteria set out herein, shoppers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age as on 9 January 2023 to participate in any promotions or redemption events forming part of ‘花开富贵 at Downtown Gallery’ (“Promotion”). Alkas Realty Pte Ltd (“The Management”) reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time.

3. Purchase of shopping vouchers, currency exchange, bill payments and credit/package redemption receipts are not eligible for redemption.

4. Redemption is valid with receipts from any Downtown Gallery stores in any mode of payment on a ‘first come, first served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis.

5. Original store receipts and/or credit/debit card charge slips or NETS slips, whichever is applicable, must be provided during redemption for audit purpose.

6. Each receipt is for SINGLE redemption only. Receipts which are stamped “issued” cannot be re-used and are not valid for other redemptions.

7. Staff from Downtown Gallery stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.

Festive Giveaways

8. Receive a $10 Downtown Gallery shopping voucher with a minimum of $38 spend with ANY mode of payment.

9. Receive our collectible set of red packets with a minimum of $68 spend with ANY mode of payment.

10. Shopper must provide original store receipt and debit/credit card for Gift-With-Purchase (GWP) redemption and audit purpose.

11. Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase, up to a maximum of THREE (3) combined same-day receipts only.

12. Limited to 1 redemption per shopper per day.

13. Redemptions of parking coupons, vouchers and Gift-With-Purchase are not available during the closure of Concierge from 3pm on Chinese New Year Eve (21 January 2023) and the first 2 days of Chinese New Year (22 and 23 January 2023)

Changes to Terms and Conditions

14. The Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice.
