Free Parking & Redemption after 5pm daily (Mon - Fri), all day (Sat, Sun, PH), with a minimum spending of $10. While stocks last.

Subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

PARKING REDEMPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Shoppers must spend a minimum of $10 at any Downtown Gallery store or F&B outlet to qualify for redemption with a maximum of TWO (2) same-day combined receipts.

• Shoppers must present store official receipt for parking coupon redemption. Credit card, Debit card and NETS charge slips are not accepted for redemption. 

• Receipts from SAM machine bill/fines payment, topping up of cash cards and purchase of gift vouchers are not applicable for redemption.

• Redemption must be made on the same day of purchase and on a first-come-first served basis. Strictly no reservation, exchange and refund of parking coupon.

• Redemption is limited to the first 30 redemptions per day, while stocks last.

• Redemption for parking coupon starts from 5pm to 8pm on Mondays to Fridays and from 10am to 6.30pm on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays (from 11am to 3pm for weekday or 10am to 3pm for weekend on Eve of Christmas/New Year/ Chinese New Year).

• Redemption of parking coupons is not available during Concierge meal breaks from 3.30pm to 4.30pm on weekdays, from 2pm to 3pm on weekends/Public Holidays and closure of Concierge on Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and the first 2 days of Chinese New Year.

• Rebate is strictly for parking after 5pm on weekdays (except Public Holidays).

• Parking coupon is valid for use on the same day of redemption.

• Limited to one (1) parking coupon per shopper, per redemption, per day regardless of total spending.

• Redemption is available at Downtown Gallery LEVEL 1 Concierge.

• For the benefit of shoppers, tenants and staff from Downtown Gallery stores are not eligible for redemption and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of customers.

• The management reserves the right, at its discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms and Conditions.
