Terms & Conditions:

  1. For voucher, Gift-With-Purchase and parking redemptions, the shopper MUST provide a valid mobile number (to receive OTP for registration of new shoppers). For tourist, a valid passport must be provided for registration and redemption.

  2. Subject to the criteria set out herein, shoppers must be at least eighteen (18) years of age from 1 January 2023 to participate in any promotions or redemption events forming part of ‘Savour the Flavours of Singapore and Beyond at Downtown Gallery’ (“Promotion”). Alkas Realty Pte Ltd (“The Organiser”) reserves the right to request for proof of age at any time.

  3. Original store receipts and/or credit/debit card charge slips or NETS slips, whichever is applicable, must be provided during redemption for audit purpose.

  4. Purchase of shopping vouchers, bill payments and credit/package redemption receipts are not eligible for redemption.

  5. All credit card/debit card transactions MUST be charged under the SAME cardholder.

  6. Staff from Downtown Gallery stores are not entitled to participate in this promotion and are not allowed to redeem on behalf of shoppers.

 

VOUCHERS & PARKING REDEMPTION

  1. From Monday 7 August to Friday 1 September 2023. The first 58 shoppers per week stand redeem dining vouchers ranging from $20 to $200 in value for selected F&B outlets at Downtown Gallery with a minimum of $58 purchase at participating Downtown Gallery stores on any mode of payment, up to a maximum of 3 same-day receipts.

  2. Limited to the first 58 sets of dining vouchers on a ‘first come, first served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis to be redeemed each week for the following qualifying periods: 7 to 13 August, 14 to 20 August, 21 to 27 August and 28 August to 1 September 2023.

  3. 2 sets of $200 vouchers for ‘The Providore’, 2 sets of $200 vouchers for ‘Venue By Sebastian’, 4 sets of $100 vouchers for Patisserie G, 4 sets of $100 vouchers for ‘Peace Japanese Cuisine’, 5 sets of $30 vouchers for ‘Chen’s Mapo Tofu’, ‘Gyushi’ and ‘The Autobus’, 4 sets of $20 vouchers for ‘Dosirak’ and ‘Pho Stop’, 3 sets of $20 vouchers for ‘3MINS COFFEE’, ‘Annalakshmi Café’, ‘Marutama Ramen’, ‘Old Tea Hut’, ‘The Harvest’ and ‘Ya Kun Family Café’ to be given away for each qualifying week.

  4. Dining vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issue.

  5. All debit/credit card transactions must be charged under the SAME cardholder.

  6. Limited to the first 30 full-day parking redemption per weekday (Mondays to Fridays) except public holiday (National Day on Wednesday 9 August 2023) with a spending of $10 at any Downtown Gallery stores in a single receipt.

  7. This full-day parking redemption overrides the daily parking rebate redemption programme on weekdays (i.e. after 5pm redemption with $10 spending).

  8. Parking coupons will not be replaced if lost, stolen, defaced or damaged. Vouchers will not be accepted if defaced, torn, voided or expired.

  9. First 150 shoppers stand to redeem a box of SG-themed sweet treats (Nutella & Pandan Kaya flavoured cupcakes) from Patisserie G with a minimum of $30 purchase at participating Downtown Gallery stores on any mode of payment, up to a maximum of 3 same-day receipts on a ‘first come, first served’ and ‘while stocks last’ basis.

  10. Redemption vouchers for SG-themed sweet treats from Patisserie G, #01-30/34 Downtown Gallery, are valid till 1 September 2023.

  11. Shoppers must present redemption vouchers for collection of sweet treats. Opening hours of Patisserie G for collection: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm (Closed on Wednesday 9 Aug 2023).

  12. Food allergen notice: sweet treats may contain milk, eggs, wheat and nuts.

  13. The Management and Patisserie G reserve the right to replace sweet treats with other pastries/cakes of the same value, not exchangeable for cash.

  14. All redemptions are redeemable at Concierge during opening hours except concierge meal breaks from 3.30pm to 4.30pm (weekdays) and from 2pm to 3pm (weekends and public holidays).

  15. Redemption must be made on the SAME DAY of purchase.

  16. All vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or other denominations and will not be replaced/accepted if lost, stolen, defaced, voided, damaged, or expired.

  17. Shoppers must refer to other terms and conditions stated on the vouchers.

  18. Each receipt is for SINGLE redemption only. Receipts which are stamped “issued/redeemed” cannot be re-used and are not valid for other redemptions.

 

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Organiser reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without assigning any reasons or providing prior notice.
