Whisky Distillery’s Hakushu
12-Year-Old

 

The Whisky Distillery is the only true whisky-focused specialist in town. There, be whisked away to whisky heaven with over 200 selection of whiskies meticulously sourced from some of the best distilleries in the world. If you are interested in discovering Japanese whisky, the Hakushu 12-year-old is a perennial favourite and a must-try because of its gentle smoky taste with herbal notes. Due to the high-demand of this famed single malt whisky, Suntory has decided to discontinue the series in certain markets from 2019. But fret not, because the Whisky Distillery have got you covered with its stock of Hakushu in store.

HRVST’s Bikini Bottom

 

Most vegans can attest to the fact that eating out is a hassle with the limited food choices available, let alone finding alcohol that are vegan. HRVST brings the change, with its creation of 10 amazing and delicious vegan cocktails, a first in the local dinning scene. One of the standouts in the menu include this glass of Bikini Bottom, made from rum, housemade pineapple shrub, gula melaka pandan syrup and fresh lime juice. In keeping with the restaurant’s garden-to-plate philosophy, the cocktail uses herbs harvested from the rooftop garden located adjacent to the bar. Vegan or not, these cocktails are a definite crowd pleaser.
